Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Title: HR Manager

Type: Full Time Direct Hire

Location: Houston TX (Relocation support provided)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of HR experience
• Experience with performance reviews, talent acquisition and compensation & benefits
• Good understanding of employment/ labor laws
• SHRM or PHR is a plus
• HRIS software experience
• Experience in a global company
• Experience with Japanese business required
• Business level Japanese is a plus

JOB DUTIES:

• Talent acquisition and recruitment process
• Manage expat and local staff members onboarding process
• Employee performance management
• Organize and develop training opportunities, ensure employees are up to date on training and development
• Calculate salary and bonus based on performance reviews
• Build compensation and promotion system related to each position
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Manage and improve benefits programs
