We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join us at our Milton, PA plant location.
As the HR Manager, reporting to our Director of Human Resources, you will lead and develop the employee and labor relations strategy for our Milton facility. You will collaborate with plant leaders to lead strategic HR programs within the plant. You will also collaborate with plant leaders to help the site achieve its established goals and metrics. You will drive culture to improve the employee experience, analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and lead the HR team.
You Will:
Collaborate with plant leaders to define and implement the local HR strategy, including assessing and forecasting talent needs, building a site sourcing strategy, improving the employee experience, identifying training needs and ensuring agreement on organizational goals
Align plant HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring implementation of HR programs and providing strategic HR guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
Analyze workforce data and program performance metrics to identify important insights, informing decisions and strategic HR programs
Oversee the recruitment processes for both hourly and salaried positions, including conducting interviews, candidate assessments, and enhancing the candidate experience
Lead the HR team to ensure development and professional growth
Manage employee relations, overseeing local investigations and offering counsel on recommendations and resolution process
Foster relationships with union and labor leaders, supporting negotiations and ensuring constructive labor relations
Spend time on the plant floor engaging with employees, providing coaching, gathering real-time feedback, and promoting a productive work environment.
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
7+ years professional experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment with 500+ employees
Demonstrated experience with ERISA, EEOC and DOL regulations, employment sourcing, communications, human relations, and management skills
Demonstrated experience with benefits and compensation administration, market pricing, labor law, and organizational development
Identify trends and insights by using data
Project management experience
Experience with Workday, UKG or other HRIS
Experience developing relationships with internal customers, peers and manage those relationships

Compensation:
Pay Range:$104,000-$152,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
