The Human Resources Manager – Compensation, Benefits & Employee Relations is responsible for leading the organization's compensation, benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, and employee engagement functions. This role serves as a subject‑matter leader and trusted advisor to managers and employees on compensation, benefits, workplace matters, and employment practices.
Working closely with the Director of Human Resources and broader HR team, the HR Manager ensures consistent, compliant, and effective HR practices across the organization's multi‑entity workforce. The position independently manages complex employee relations matters, oversees benefits administration and vendor relationships, supports compensation strategy and analysis, and develops programs that strengthen employee engagement and retention.

This position has direct supervisory responsibility for benefits and employee relations support staff and provides functional leadership across the compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and engagement functions.
This position primarily operates in a professional office environment and regularly interacts with employees, managers, HR team members, and organizational leadership. The role may also require periodic presence at company offices, operational facilities, and job locations. Standard office equipment and technology, including computers, telephones, and HR systems, are routinely used in the performance of this position.
