The Human Resources department at PWI is dedicated to partnering with management to recruit and retain a highly qualified, diverse staff; facilitate positive employee relations; develop and promote a culture of safety & well-being; and train to enhance employee skills, performance, and job satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with preferred certifications such as SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
Minimum of 5 years HR management experience within a manufacturing facility.
Previous supervisory experience, strong facilitation, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
