Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR leader reporting to Senior Director of HR and oversee the HR Generalist team.
• Collaborate with leadership to administer benefits programs, workers' compensation, unemployment matters, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Direct leave management ensuring compliance with FMLA and company policies.
• Maintain HRIS data, onboarding, employment changes and record maintenance.
• Safeguard confidentiality of personnel records and documentation.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and annual reviews.
• Manage HR policies and the employee handbook for consistency and compliance.
• Assist integration of HR, Payroll and Benefits for acquisitions or affiliations.
• Contribute to HR tech initiatives, including system upgrades and process improvements.
• Conduct workplace investigations and report findings to executive leadership and the Board.

Overview Of The Human Resources Manager

• Serve as a strategic and hands-on HR leader, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources and overseeing the HR Generalist team while supporting all core HR functions.
• Collaborate with organizational leadership to administer employee benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, unemployment matters, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Direct leave management processes, ensuring compliance with FMLA and other company leave policies.
• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system, including onboarding, employment changes, and record maintenance.
• Safeguard the accuracy and confidentiality of personnel records and employment documentation.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and annual review processes.
• Manage HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook administration to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
• Assist with the successful integration of HR, Payroll, and Benefits functions for newly acquired or affiliated entities.
• Contribute to HR technology initiatives, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Conduct workplace investigations, ensure accountability for policy violations, and prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
