Job summary

Electrical Components International (ECI) is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead HR systems, data integrity, and reporting for the MRG facility in Foxborough, MA. The role supports operations with HR processes, training, and compliance.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and training programs while ensuring confidentiality and policy adherence across the organization.

The Role

The Human Resource Manager is responsible for analyzing and directing activities within the scope of the HR systems, serving as the technical point-of-contact for HR and assisting operations with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position will report to the Vice President & General Manager - MRG. This role is located on-site at the MRG facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting and related onboarding activities.
• Ensure timely processing and data integrity of various human resources, payroll, and safety reports.
• Maintain the administration of HRIS system to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.
• Administer the training program including conducting new employee training, identifying training gaps, and outsource training as required.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and salary reviews.
• Complete various weekly and monthly reports as directed by the Vice President/General Manager MRG related to operations.
• Maintain and develop job descriptions and training matrix.
• Conduct monthly safety committee meetings including recording and communicating minutes internally. Oversee/conduct training and communication to ensure a safe work environment.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain knowledge of and compliance with legislation and regulations affecting human resources functions.
• Organizes, tracks, maintains and improves HR records generation, administration and retention.
• Maintain good employee relations through such activities as resolving employee issues and investigating employee complaints and recommending appropriate resolution.
• Conduct ongoing communication to ensure employee engagement and morale.
• Coach supervisors and managers on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Responsible to ensure all company policies and procedures are administered fairly and consistently.
• Maintains strict confidentiality of all information obtained, written or verbal.
• Assist with other department needs such as invoice processing and quality audits.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Experience & Skills

• College/University degree
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP Designation desired
• 5-7+ years previous experience in similar role required
• Excellent communication and people skills with ability to negotiate and/or mediate when required
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail oriented along with the ability to maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality
• Must have sound critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Must be able to manage time and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Paycom an asset
