Job summary

Electrical Components International (ECI) is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead HR systems, data integrity, and reporting for the MRG facility in Foxborough, MA. The role supports operations with HR processes, training, and compliance.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and training programs while ensuring confidentiality and policy adherence across the organization.

Qualifications

• College/University degree is required.
• Excellent communication and people skills with ability to negotiate and/or mediate when required.
• Highly organized, accurate and confidential with strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting and onboarding activities.
• Ensure data integrity of HR reports including payroll and safety.
• Maintain HRIS system accuracy for reporting purposes.
• Administer training program and coordinate new employee training.
• Conduct employee performance and salary reviews.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for VP/GM MRG.
• Maintain and develop job descriptions and training matrices.
• Lead monthly safety committee meetings and communicate minutes.
