Job summary

Electrical Components International (ECI) seeks a Team Lead for its MRG facility in Foxborough, MA. The role directs a production team to meet schedule, quality and productivity targets while coaching operators and maintaining safety and 5S on the floor.

Responsibilities include training and onboarding team members, monitoring output and first-pass quality, enforcing PPE and quality systems, and supporting continuous improvement with cost-reduction efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of manufacturing or assembly experience, required.
• Prior lead, trainer, or informal leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
• Working knowledge of quality standards, work instructions, and safe work practices.
• Able to read and follow production schedules, routers, and basic reports; comfortable with basic computer entry.
• Clear verbal and written communication with team members and management.
• Dependable attendance and a strong record of performance in the current role.

• Support continuous improvement activity, including scrap, downtime, and cost reduction efforts.
• Communicate shift priorities, changes, and performance results to the team and to the Production Supervisor.
• Perform production work alongside the team as workload requires.
