Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Design and manage compensation structures, job descriptions, and performance appraisal processes.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives.
• Administer benefits programs, manage claims, and ensure cost‑effective coverage.
• Direct compliance efforts including Equal Employment Opportunity obligations and affirmative action reporting.
• Advise employees and managers on employee relations and organizational policies.
• Maintain precise HR records, contribute to leadership discussions, and drive process improvements.
• Educate managers and supervisors on HR best practices and legal compliance.
• Assess and implement HR information systems.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
