Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager in the United States to lead HR and payroll functions, drive staffing and development, and ensure compliance. The role requires progressive leadership, multi-state HR experience, and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will coach HR professionals, manage employee relations, and oversee performance and succession planning while communicating HR initiatives that align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience as a Human Resource Manager with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• Experience across multiple states in HR roles.
• Proven record conducting workplace investigations and advising leaders on complex employee matters.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with coaching and developing HR professionals.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and deliver presentations to large groups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

• Establish, implement, and communicate HR initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and strategic vision.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HR and payroll functions, including talent acquisition, career development, payroll, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.
• Develop recruiting, retention, and succession plans to support company growth and goals.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and HR policies.
• Manage employee relations issues and collaborate with leads, insurers, and legal advisors.
• Lead performance management, compensation, and talent management processes.
• Oversee leave administration, including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and disability program.
