Short Summary of Job Description:
This is a hands-on generalist role that will support and drive the people function across two locations (Dallas and Frisco, Texas). This role will act as a key business partner, aligning HR initiatives with business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Manager will provide expertise in employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and compliance. This role may also partner with the Director of People Development on projects that may include other HALL companies.
