The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing key HR functions, supporting employees and supervisors, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. This role serves as an initial and primary point of contact for HR-related questions and provides guidance on hiring practices, employee relations, policies and procedures, compensation, benefits, payroll, and other human resources matter.
