Job summary

Nimbl Digital is seeking a senior leader to partner with HR Executive Leadership to shape and operationalize the organization’s people strategy, translating vision into a prioritized, integrated roadmap across key people programs, including engagement, onboarding, and learning and development.

You will lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide employee experience strategies, ensuring programs are scalable and directly connected to engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Executive Leadership to shape and operationalize the organization’s people strategy, translating vision into a prioritized, integrated roadmap across key people programs, including engagement, onboarding, and learning and development.
• Lead the design and continuous evolution of enterprise-wide employee experience strategies, ensuring programs are aligned, scalable, and directly connected to business outcomes such as engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive integration across people programs, ensuring onboarding, engagement, and development initiatives are aligned into a cohesive, end-to-end employee lifecycle experience.
• Leverage data, insights, and employee feedback to inform strategy, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the Employee Experience Specialist, setting priorities, strengthening strategic thinking, and ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of programs and initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and HR partners, providing guidance on employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Lead change management and communication strategies for key people initiatives, ensuring alignment, adoption, and clarity across the organization.

Job description

• Lead the design and continuous evolution of enterprise-wide employee experience strategies, ensuring programs are aligned, scalable, and directly connected to business outcomes such as engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. (20%)
• Drive integration across people programs, ensuring onboarding, engagement, and development initiatives are aligned into a cohesive, end-to-end employee lifecycle experience. (15%)
• Leverage data, insights, and employee feedback (e.g., engagement surveys, lifecycle metrics) to inform strategy, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. (10%)
• Lead and develop the Employee Experience Specialist, setting priorities, strengthening strategic thinking, and ensuring high-quality, consistent execution of programs and initiatives. (10%)
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leaders and HR partners, providing guidance on employee experience, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. (10%)
• Lead change management and communication strategies for key people initiatives, ensuring alignment, adoption, and clarity across the organization. (10%)
