Job summary

MSH, a leading partner to a pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager for its Bedford, NH facility. You will report to the HR Director and serve as a strategic HR partner to site leadership, supporting approximately 385 employees in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or regulated environments.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

MSH is partnering with a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to identify a hands-on Human Resources Manager for its Bedford, NH facility.

This role will report to the HR Director and serve as a strategic HR partner to site leadership, supporting approximately 385 employees in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment. The HR Manager will provide guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent development, retention, engagement, policy interpretation, and organizational effectiveness.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Partnering with business leaders to deliver practical, people-focused solutions
• Managing employee relations matters and workplace investigations
• Coaching leaders on performance, disciplinary actions, and career development
• Supporting talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives
• Using HR data and reporting to identify trends and improve business outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and manufacturing standards
• Supporting employees and leaders across multiple shifts when needed

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong employee relations and workplace investigation experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another regulated environment
• Knowledge across multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, talent development, retention, and organizational effectiveness
• Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• Flexibility to support a multi-shift operation
