Sonic Healthcare USA has an opening for an experienced Human Resources Manager in Austin, TX.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a key business partner for our division, collaborating with leadership to support business objectives and implement effective people strategies. You will report to the Vice President of Human Resources for the division and influence talent strategy and workplace culture.

Location: Austin, TX 78754

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with a hybrid work model promoting teamwork and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR and administrative teams, ensuring alignment with organizational success through performance management and development.
  • Facilitate organizational design, workforce planning, and skills assessment discussions.
  • Develop and implement strategic people plans in collaboration with management and HR leaders.
  • Support performance management, talent development, and total rewards initiatives.
  • Create and execute talent strategies, including staffing and resource planning for technical and medical roles.
  • Partner to design learning and development programs for all levels.
  • Use analytics to inform performance and business practices, aligning talent data with division needs.
  • Promote a culture of engagement, empowerment, and excellence through investigations and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on diverse selection strategies for leadership roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field; candidates with other degrees will be considered.
  • 5-7 years in HR and/or Talent Management, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in Talent Management strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Experience with onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management programs.
  • Knowledge of Leadership Development and Culture Change programs.
  • Strong facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, innovative, detail-oriented, and able to handle complex problems.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS preferred.
