As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function within the department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing support to employees and management.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
