We are seeking a Human Resources professional to serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders, focusing on employee relations, benefits administration, talent acquisition, culture and engagement, performance management, and training. Will partner closely with site leadership to drive a positive workplace culture, ensure consistency in HR policies. Supports recruitment, processing, and orientation of applicants for all positions. Maintains file retention and monitors compliance requirements. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of experiences and partner with a business that needs a proactive HR Manager with strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.We are located in Norcross, GA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Become a trusted resource by working closely with management and employees to provide advice on sensitive issues, including but not limited to performance, conflict management, interpretation of policies, coaching, and employee development opportunities.
- Partner with the HR team to plan, coordinate, and deliver seamless human resources processes and programs across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on open requisitions within the business unit.
- Facilitate the roll-out and training of various HR and business initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management and succession planning programs.
- Build knowledge of local labor market trends and coach managers on competitive ways to attract and retain top talent.
- Contribute to the development and facilitation of multiple organizational development, compensation, and policy initiatives.
- Produce and analyze various reports, metrics, and KPI's.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management practices, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Participate in company-wide HR initiatives and continuous improvement.

Knowledge / Training
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource areas, including employee relations, compensation practices, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Employee relations experience, demonstrating a proven track record of success
- Result-oriented. Sense of urgency in responding to business needs.
- Self-starting individual who possesses resiliency and the ability to provide solutions.
- Proven ability to understand how people issues impact the business and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
- Experience working in a customer-focused and collaborative work environment.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HRM, or Generalist required.
- Working knowledge of employment law.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with business presence.
- Extremely proficient in HRIS to analyze data and better support the business.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and PPT (deck creation and design).
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
- HR-related certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred.
- M-F 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, fully on-site in the HQ office.
