Qualifications

• Enrollment in a four-year Accounting/Finance program with Sophomore status.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of accounting and operations finance processes.
• Support financial analysis, monthly reporting, and business performance initiatives.
• Assist with cost variance analysis and other operations finance projects.
• Support fixed asset capitalization and disposal activities.
• Document processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

About the Accounting & Finance Internship: Gain hands‑on experience in operations finance through financial analysis, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration while strengthening your Excel, Tableau, and analytical skills.

Program Structure: Schedule: Part‑time (15‑20 hours/week) during the academic year and full‑time (40 hours/week) during the summer. Location: Saukville, WI Start Date: May 2027 Duration: Year‑round internship

What we’re looking for:

• Enrollment in a four‑year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
• Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Ability to succeed in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred experience:

• Accounting or Finance major with multiple related courses completed toward major.
• Strong attention to details, accuracy, and reliability.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Oracle experience.
