Job summary

Royal Electric is currently accepting applications for an HR Intern in our Sacramento office for Fall 2026. You will gain hands-on learning opportunities, supporting the HR team and putting your education into action.

Preferred candidates will have Canva and Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while handling confidential information. This role involves supporting HR initiatives and maintaining HR records.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Prior administrative or office support experience is preferred
• Experience working with data, reporting, or document management is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR projects and department initiatives
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other HR materials
• Organize, maintain and audit HR files, records, and documentation
• Support record retention and document management activities
• Conduct research and compile information for HR programs and projects
• Assist with data collection, tracking, and reporting
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with training coordination, recordkeeping, and ETP-related documentation as needed

Safety & Physical Requirements

• Must comply with all safety standards and procedures.

Salary Range

• $22-$27
