Mycronic USA is seeking an HR Intern (Fall 2026) to gain hands-on experience in a cutting-edge tech environment in the United States. You will support daily HR activities, assist with recruitment processes, and help maintain HR records in a confidential, professional setting.

Ideal candidates have exposure to HR concepts or are pursuing related degrees and demonstrate strong MS Office skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced office.

Position Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Intern provides an opportunity for a college student and/or an individual seeking to gain hands-on HR experience. This position provides daily support to the HR function and handles a variety of people related duties. The HR Intern will gain meaningful experience by assisting with people related projects as needed. The anticipated schedule is Monday-Wednesday/Thursday 9-5.

Key Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day HR duties; under direction and guidance from Manager, Human Resources and Head of Human Resources
• Assists with projects, systems, compliance activities, and related people activities
• Works with talent acquisition including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging and conducting interviews, and sending offer paperwork
• Utilizes current HR/Payroll systems to enter employee transactions and updates
• Communicates via phone, email and written documentation; responds to employees requests
• Scans/uploads all employee documents and manage employee files
• Maintains confidentiality of employee records and protected information

Experience and Qualifications

• Human Resources exposure preferred or certificate program, or Associate/Bachelor degree
• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience is required)
• Possess a strong work-ethic, detailed oriented, analytical, organized, and able to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment
