Job summary

Mycronic is seeking an HR Intern for Fall 2026 to support daily HR functions and assist with various people-related projects. The role offers exposure to recruiting, records management, and IT systems in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

You will work with a team of HR professionals and gain hands-on experience while developing communication, organization, and confidentiality skills essential in human resources.

Qualifications

• HR exposure preferred or certificate program, or Associate/Bachelor degree.
• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong work-ethic, detail oriented, analytical and organized; able to multi-task in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Assists with day-to-day HR duties under guidance from HR management.
• Supports projects, compliance activities, and people-related tasks.
• Supports talent acquisition: posting ads, screening, arranging interviews, and handling offer paperwork.
• Uses HR/Payroll systems to enter employee transactions and updates.
• Communicates via phone, email and written documentation; responds to employee requests.
• Scans/uploads employee documents and manages files; maintains confidentiality.
