Qualifications

• HR exposure preferred or certificate program, or an Associate/Bachelor degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with professional interaction ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day HR duties under guidance from HR Manager.
• Support talent acquisition: post job ads, screen apps, arrange interviews, send offers.
• Enter employee transactions in HR/payroll systems and maintain records.
