NAICA – Human Resources Intern in the New York City area provides hands-on support to the HRIS Manager, focusing on migration, organization, and secure management of employee records in Paycom. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Extract and organize employee personnel records from Rippling prior to loss of system access.
  • Assist with the migration and upload of personnel records into Paycom.
  • Review records for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate categorization.
  • Organize personnel files to support NAICA’s recordkeeping and compliance requirements.
  • Identify medical-related and other confidential records requiring separate, restricted-access storage.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Assist with quality-control reviews to ensure records are accurately transferred and accessible in Paycom.
  • Maintain tracking documentation of records migrated and outstanding items.
