Job summary

Keystone Custom Homes in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Human Resources Intern to join on-site for the Fall semester, with potential for extension. This internship offers hands-on experience across HR functions, including open enrollment, benefits administration, applicant tracking, and compliance.

You’ll gain exposure to HR software, maintain employee records, support recruitment processes, and contribute to various HR projects while developing professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Go getter and extremely detail oriented
• Proven track record of providing excellent Customer Service to both Internal and External Customers.
• Working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Possess Strong organizational and communication skills
• Enjoy working with HR software and databases
• Embody a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks
• Help monitor job openings and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases
• Provide general administrative support and contribute to other HR projects as needed
