For the past 18 years, I’ve had the incredible privilege of being part of the Keystone Custom Homes family. Every day, I’m genuinely excited to contribute to a company whose mission goes far beyond building beautiful homes. Some of my favorite memories come from the joy we’ve been able to share with our homeowners during community events. I’m continually humbled and proud to work alongside a team that gives so much heart and effort to making a positive impact.
Assistant New Home Advisor
I genuinely enjoy every aspect of what we do, and I’m fulfilled each day by the opportunity to support our team as we guide our customers toward meaningful life improvement.Beyond the day-to-day work, the mission and impact of HOPE International continue to fuel my passion. Seeing firsthand the incredible work being done around the world reminds me that our efforts extend far beyond individual homes.
Working at Keystone Custom Homes for the past 30 years has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. From the start, Jeff Rutt challenged me to grow in ways I never expected. The culture at Keystone is built on people who relentlessly strive for excellence and never settle for “good enough.” What makes this place truly special is our shared passion to be the best and the constant pursuit of improvement. I’ve stayed all these years because of Jeff’s leadership and the incredible team I’ve been blessed to work with.
VP of Construction and Customer Care
I first became part of the Keystone Custom Homes family as a homeowner in 2005.In October 2006, I joined Keystone as a New Home Advisor, and it has truly been a calling and a passion for me.As a New Home Advisor, every day I wake up and ask myself, who or what family may I serve today to become the next happy new homeowners? There’s nothing more compelling than seeing the smiles on our customers’ faces as they step into their dream homes.
Looking back, what’s kept me excited to come to work each day has evolved over time. When I first joined Keystone, I came from a large national company that was struggling and didn’t really value employee engagement. From day one here, I felt heard and like I was actually making a difference and that my work mattered. That sense of purpose is still a big part of what keeps me going. Of course, like everyone else, I work because bills exist, but beyond that, I stay because I’ve grown so much here, professionally, mentally, and even maturity-wise. That ongoing growth and the feeling that I’m still contributing to something bigger than myself make it easy to stay motivated.
Barb DiBrito
Sales Technology Integration Manager
Since joining Keystone Custom Homes in 2010, I’ve supported field survey, civil drafting, and engineering operations through a period of significant growth, and it’s been rewarding to be part of that evolution from the beginning. I’m thankful for the relationships built, the lessons learned, and the memories shared with coworkers over the years. Keystone Custom Homes has played a significant role in my professional and personal growth, and it’s the people—past, present, and future—who make the work meaningful.
