Job summary

Keystone Custom Homes is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our Lancaster, PA team on-site for the Fall semester, with the potential for extension. This internship provides hands-on exposure across HR functions including open enrollment, benefits administration, applicant tracking, and compliance.

You’ll gain practical experience while supporting HR projects, maintaining employee records, and delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience with HR software and databases is preferred.

• Support the open enrollment process and assist with benefits-related tasks
