Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking an HRIS Intern to help optimize HR technology, data reporting, and process improvements supporting people strategies. You will contribute to reporting while gaining mentorship and exposure to career opportunities in HR across the organization.

Based in Atlanta, this onsite internship offers hands-on experience with HR systems, data analytics, and leadership development through a structured program ending with an Internship Expo to showcase your project impact.

Qualifications

• Interested in HR technology, HR systems, data reporting, or related business functions.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, MIS, or related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong numeric/analytical and communication skills with data interpretation ability.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Your Impact as an HRIS Intern

As an HRIS Intern at NCR Voyix, you will help optimize the technology and data that support our people strategies by contributing to HR systems, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Through this work, you'll help drive operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

What You'll Do

Starting in Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project aligned to your focus area while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix leaders, and gain exposure to career opportunities across Human Resources. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, HR Technology (HRIS), business systems, data analytics, process improvement, or related business functions

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field

• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interpret and work with data

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

• Demonstrated learning agility, including the ability to quickly learn new technologies, apply feedback, adapt to evolving priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong interest in HR systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making

Location

Internships are onsite, five days a week, at our Atlanta GA Global Headquarters.

Duration

The NCR VOYIX Intern program runs from late- May to early August.
