Through this work, you'll help drive operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.**What You'll Do**Starting in Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project aligned to your focus area while participating in professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship from experienced professionals, engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix leaders, and gain exposure to career opportunities across Human Resources. The experience culminates at our Internship Expo, where you will present your project, showcase your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.**Requirements*** Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, HR Technology (HRIS), business systems, data analytics, process improvement, or related business functions* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, Data Analytics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field* Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interpret and work with data* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels* Demonstrated learning agility, including the ability to quickly learn new technologies, apply feedback, adapt to evolving priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong interest in HR systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making**Location**Internships are onsite, five days a week, at our Atlanta GA Global Headquarters.**Duration**The NCR VOYIX Intern program runs from late- May to early August.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. **EEO Statement** Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix's commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
