Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation seeks an HRIS Intern to help optimize our HR technology stack, reporting, and data-driven decision support. You will own a meaningful project from week one while benefiting from mentorship, cohort experiences, and exposure to leadership across the organization.

Through hands-on work in HR systems and analytics, you will develop business acumen and strong cross-functional collaboration skills, contributing to operational efficiency and a better employee experience at NCR

Qualifications

Interest in HR technology, HR systems, data analytics, or related business functions.
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR, MIS, business, data analytics, or related field.
Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with data interpretation ability.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Own a meaningful HRIS-related project aligned to focus area from Week 1.
Support HR systems, reporting, and process improvements to drive efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to gather requirements and feedback.
Engage in mentorship, speaker sessions, and cohort experiences during the internship.
