Position: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

Facility: Palm Beach Nursing Center

Location: Lake Worth, Florida

Shift: Full Time

Pay Rate: Up to $31 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion employee engagement by developing morale programs, managing effective discipline practices, and handling payroll changes, terminations, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Department of Health guidelines.
  • Lead recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to fill open roles.
  • Oversee critical HR processes such as I-9 documentation, workers' compensation, disability claims, and FMLA administration.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Human Resources, preferably in a skilled nursing or healthcare environment.
  • Preferred Skills: Union experience is a plus.
  • Key Traits: Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
  • Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
