Rome Grinding Solutions in Sheldon, IA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture. This on-site role will collaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business goals and drive employee growth.

Responsibilities include staffing, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, policy compliance, diversity initiatives, and HR data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years HR experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with HRIS and ERP systems preferred.
