Summary

UES is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator for our Southeast region (Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia). This is a full-time position with regular office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is hybrid based out of the Hiram, GA office. This role will support the region's recruiting and human resources needs.

Responsibilities

Please note that the duties below may vary based on the changing needs of the company.

  1. Build relationships with Southeast Region leadership team to understand current and future staffing needs.
  2. Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest in available positions.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  5. Schedule and attend job fairs.
  6. Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.
  7. Assist in audits of the company systems.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  2. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  3. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment tools.
  4. Experience in reporting metrics and data analytics.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  6. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  7. A valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
  8. Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
  10. Prior experience with data entry, customer service, human resources, or recruiting is preferred.
Posted Salary Range

USD $41,600.00 - USD $52,000.00 per year.
