Human Resources Generalist I / HR Admin / Recruiting Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources I for our Southeast region (Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia). This full-time, hybrid role based in Hiram, GA, supports regional recruiting and HR needs, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with regional leadership to understand staffing needs.
  • Source candidates via online channels, networking, and creative methods.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment metrics.
  • Attend and support job fairs.
  • Assist with recruitment projects and audits.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with ATS, HRIS, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to report metrics and analyze data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Experience in HR, recruiting, or customer service is a plus.
Compensation

USD $41,600 - $52,000 per year.
