Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support HR operations across multiple skilled nursing and care centers.
• Provide leadership and development to facility management teams and HR coordinators, with regular travel.
• Guide and support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives across multiple locations.
• Design and implement recruitment and retention strategies to support workforce stability and growth.
• Evaluate candidates and provide hiring recommendations, including input on employment decisions as appropriate.
• Develop and lead employee engagement and recognition programs across assigned facilities.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with corporate standards and applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve HR systems, processes, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
