Job summary

Orlando International is seeking a Human Resources Generalist, Benefits to administer and support employee benefits and retirement programs for the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. You will oversee medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and leave programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.

You will work with the HR team to implement program activities, respond to employee inquiries, and help coordinate benefits enrollment and communications.
