The Human Resources Generalist provides functional services in support of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. The Human Resources Generalist carries out duties and responsibilities in the areas, including but not limited to, Employee Relations and Benefits.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Calculates hourly rates of pay based on annual compensation.
REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
