Job summary

Hanania Automotive Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing HR team in Jacksonville, FL. The role emphasizes payroll, employee relations, and HR operations in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.

You will support payroll processing, onboarding/offboarding, benefits, and HR policy compliance while partnering with leadership to drive engagement and program improvements. A strong HRIS background and confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Payroll processing experience required.
• Automotive dealership experience strongly preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to employees, managers, and leadership.
• Manage and support payroll processing, audits, deductions, and related questions.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
