Responsibilities

• Administer and execute human resource programs including compensation, benefits, leave processes, disciplinary matters, investigations, and performance management.
• Plan and implement policies, processes, training, and engagement surveys to support HR compliance and strategy.
• Administer HR policies and improve HR outreach through site visits and driver ride-alongs.
• Perform benefits administration including open enrollment, claims resolution, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks to administer and execute human resourceprograms including compensation, benefits, unemployment hearings,leave processes, disciplinary matters, investigations, andperformance management.
  
• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies,processes, training, initiatives, and engagement surveys to supportHR compliance and strategy.
