Job summary

Socomore is seeking a proactive HR Generalist with 3–5 years of HR experience and strong ADP Workforce Now skills. This part-time 1099 contract covers HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and leadership collaboration.

The role is 2 days onsite in North Hollywood, CA, with remote work the rest of the week as needed. Spanish-speaking is a plus, and knowledge of California employment law is essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of HR experience focusing on operations, compliance and employee relations.
• ADP Workforce Now experience is required.
• Knowledge of California employment law is required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee processes.
