Onsite Medical Providers PC in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations for a multidisciplinary medical practice. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave administration while collaborating with clinical stakeholders.

The HR Generalist for Onsite Medical Providers PC emphasizes confidentiality, accurate documentation, and coordination with credentialing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience in healthcare.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or CHHR certification desirable.
• Knowledge of medical credentialing workflows, HIPAA, OSHA, and compliance.
• Strong communication and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment for medical staff, allied health professionals, and administrative roles.
• Partner with practice leaders to source, interview, and select candidates with pediatric and neonatal care expertise.
• Manage post-offer steps including background checks, pre-employment health screenings, and credentialing verification.
• Track physician and NNP licensure, DEA registration, state certifications, and board qualifications.
• Maintain complete and confidential personnel files, audit records, and medical clearance files.
• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and malpractice insurance allocations during open enrollment and onboarding.
• Oversee FMLA, short-term disability, parental leave, and medical leave requests, ensuring proper documentation and coverage planning.
• Assist leadership with annual performance reviews, compensation benchmarks, and employee retention strategies.
• Coordinate mandatory clinical and administrative training such as HIPAA compliance, BLS/NRP certification tracking, and harassment prevention.
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook to align with state and federal employment laws.

Onsite Medical Providers PC is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations for a medical practice serving a multidisciplinary team in Voorhees, NJ (onsite). In this role, you will help keep people processes running smoothly across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and leave administration while coordinating closely with clinical stakeholders.

The HR Generalist for Onsite Neonatal supports a mission-focused environment where accurate documentation, confidentiality, and coordination with credentialing processes are essential.

What You'll Do

• Support recruitment for medical staff, allied health professionals, and administrative roles.
• Partner with practice leaders to source, interview, and select candidates with pediatric and neonatal care expertise.

• Work with the credentialing manager/team to track physician and NNP licensure, DEA registration, state certifications, and board qualifications.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, preferably in a physician practice, hospital group, or specialized healthcare setting.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or healthcare HR certification (such as CHHR) is highly desirable.
• Working understanding of medical credentialing workflows, HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical compliance requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with clinical staff under pressure.
• Absolute commitment to confidentiality related to personal employee matters and patient privacy.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to resolving workplace challenges.
• Experience with ADP and the Microsoft Office suite.

Salary and Location

• $60,000 per year
