We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to help guide the day-to-day operations of HR and support the Office of the CEO. You'll play a central role in shaping the employee experience, managing core HR functions, coordinating interviews, and supporting office operations onsite.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup setting, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and enjoys building people-first systems and processes.

What You'll Do

• Assist in managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, benefits, and leave administration.
• Maintain HR systems and documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with employment laws and internal policies.
• Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes, including scheduling, candidate communication, and offer letter prep.
• Act as a go-to partner for employees and leadership, providing guidance on HR policies, tools, and best practices.
• Support the Office of the CEO with scheduling, internal meeting logistics, and occasional administrative support.Help manage general office operations and team-wide events

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years in an HR Generalist, Office Management, Coordination, or similar role, ideally in SaaS or a startup environment.
• Experience supporting executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Proficiency with HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., TriNet, Greenhouse) and Google Workspace. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week and be available on evenings and weekends to assist with moving high priority projects without losing momentum.

Compensation

Total Compensation is expected to be between $100,000-$140,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
