Job summary

Ambassador Personnel, Inc. in Spartanburg, SC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employees, partner with leadership, and drive efficient HR operations on-site in a manufacturing environment.

You will manage onboarding, transfers, offboarding, employee relations, policy compliance, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HRIS data, collaborating with managers to improve processes and the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment laws.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience preferred.
