Job summary

CF Legal Recruiting and Staffing is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR compliance, policies, and employment-related processes in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law, and experience with HRIS systems such as Dayforce or AbsenceSoft. The ideal candidate will handle confidential matters with discretion and collaborate with multiple teams to optimize HR operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, benefits, leave, and employee relations.
• HRIS experience; Dayforce/AbsenceSoft experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is a plus.
• Professional services or law firm experience is preferred, but not required.
