The Human Resources Generalist will play a dual role in assisting with firm hiring process and effective human resources operations. This individual will be responsible for coordinating the full cycle of recruiting and hiring, and supporting HR initiatives, policies, and employee relations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of employment law, applicant tracking system management, and social media recruitment
• Strong passive candidate recruitment experience
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to function well in high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other related software, experience with Workable or Leopard Solutions is a plus
• 3+ year of demonstrated hiring in the legal or professional services industry is a plus
• Recruitment certification is a plus.
