Job summary

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist to support our Phoenix, AZ branch office. This role assists the HR team with unemployment claims, OSHA logs, workers' comp, benefits, unions, verifications, leave administration, recruitment support, and other related tasks.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with a starting pay of $24.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K options, PTO, holidays, and more, with opportunities for growth in a safety-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with unemployment claims, guard card management, OSHA log management, workers compensation, benefits, unions, employment verifications, and leave of absences.
• Provide recruitment support and handle other HR administrative tasks as needed.
• Support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced branch office environment.

HR Generalist

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% in Branch Office)

Days & Hours: Monday – Friday / 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay: $24.00/hour

We have a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for an HR Generalist **** to help support our Phoenix, AZ branch office. This position is responsible for assisting the HR team with various tasks such as unemployment claims, guard card management, OSHA log management, workers comp, benefits, unions, employment verifications, leave of absences, recruitment support and other miscellaneous tasks that may arise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.

• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation.

• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.

• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English.

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have at least 1 year of HR experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

• Detail orientated and good organizational skills.
