Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois is seeking an experienced Human Resources Lead to drive HR programs and process improvements across the distribution center. You will manage ongoing people-related projects and help implement HR policies aligned with our strategic goals.

The role requires handling confidential information, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws, plus supporting communications and workers compensation administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree BA/BS or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in related field required.
• A degree in Human Resources, related field or equivalent progressive experience.
• Working knowledge of HR practices with expertise in staffing, new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Experience solving human resources issues.
• Manage confidential information.
• Diagnose problems, develop alternative solutions, and implement a course of action.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint and Outlook.
