Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employment window functions such as leave tracking, reinstatements, and employee inquiries.
• Implement onboarding and orientation sessions for the hourly workforce.
• Support the execution of lean manufacturing methodologies within HR practices.
• Drive a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives and managing collective bargaining agreements.
