Human Resources Generalist - Manufacturing

Salary $75,000-$80,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to East Tennessee

As the Human Resources Generalist, you'll be involved in all aspects of HR, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, performance management, training, and employee engagement. Join a global manufacturing industry leader where you'll play a key role in supporting employees and partnering with leadership to create a positive workplace.

You'll help attract and hire top talent, coordinate employee communications and plant activities, administer HR policies and programs, assist with benefits, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
