Job summary

Prime Healthcare at Providence Medical Center in Kansas City, KS is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support employee relations, performance management, and compliance across the hospital. This in-person role partners with leadership to drive talent initiatives and ensure efficient HR operations.

Responsibilities include investigations, workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and implementing HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field preferred.
• PHR, SPHR or relevant HR certifications or advanced degree preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in Human Resources or related field required; healthcare experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail
• Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook

Employment Type: Full-time (In-Person)

Hours: 8-hour shift - 8:00am to 4:00pm

Location: Providence Medical Center - Kansas City, KS

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist, sometimes referred to as a HR Generalist or Senior HR Representative. The HR Generalist in our hospital serves as a key resource to leaders and staff, supporting employee relations, performance management, compliance, and talent initiatives to ensure effective and consistent HR operations within the healthcare environment.
