Job summary

Benefis Health System, Montana’s premier health system, is seeking an experienced HR professional to support employee communication, onboarding and interdepartmental relations. The role requires 2–5 years of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in HR or healthcare.

This exempt position offers a starting wage of $51,646.40 per year, with actual pay based on experience and internal guidelines.

Education/License/Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 years Human Resource experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Human Resources or other healthcare related area preferred
